Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You create an account by signing in with Discord. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.

2. Uploaded content

When you publish a modlist (a Kodex export, or a modlist.txt), you confirm you have the right to share that information and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You retain ownership of what you upload; by publishing it, you grant ModlistGrimoire a license to store, parse, and display it publicly on the site.

We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or a valid takedown request, without prior notice.

3. Moderation & reporting

Any user can flag a published modlist for review. Automated checks also run at upload time to catch obviously invalid or malicious files. Flagged content is reviewed by site moderators, who may remove it or the associated account.

4. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content on ModlistGrimoire infringes your copyright, contact our designated DMCA agent:

Formal designation with the U.S. Copyright Office is in progress; until that's complete, takedown notices sent to this address will still be reviewed and acted on.

5. No warranty

ModlistGrimoire is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uploaded modlists are accurate, safe, or compatible with any particular game setup — use your own judgment before installing anything a modlist recommends.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
